GROUND BEEFY SWOLZ
Lookin’ for ways to change the flavor of that boring ground beef?
We all know, or at least, many of us know that to achieve that ‘action-figure’ lookin’ physique, we need proper nutrition. Without proper nutrition, it could be difficult or somewhat impossible to lose that unwanted body fat to reveal them #SWOLZ !
For those who haven’t gotten into the Meal Prep services yet and still want to do their own meal prepping, but tired of cooking the same darn thing every single time, here is a simple recipe for LEAN GROUND BEEF that might help bring that motivation back again!
INTRODUCING, GROUND BEEFY SWOLZ!
Recipe is amazingly simple. Anyone can do it!
- 1 kilo Lean Ground Beef
- 4 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Any BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Pepper
Prep Time: 1-2 Mins
Cooking Time: 5-10 Mins
Step 1: Preheat Pan, preferably a Stir-Fry Wok, to High Flame for 1 min while gathering ingredients.
Step 2: Place Ground Beef into the hot pan.
Step 3: Cook, Flip, and Mix until the fat starts to separate.
Step 4: Strain the fat from the beef and clean the wok. Place the beef back into the pan.
Step 5: Let it sizzle! Add all ingredients and Mix! Leave for about 30 seconds and mix again.
Step 6: Leave it alone for another 30 seconds before mixing the meat and mix them beefy swolz with lotsa love. Repeat 3-5x depending on how brown you want it.
Step 7: Ready for Meal Prep!
